The “True Beauty” Campaign for Evolence, the porcine-based filler cosmeceutical product and brand from Johnson & Johnson, was a rich advertising experience and collaboration for me. To demonstrate the product effectiveness for women in completely unretouched images, the ‘before’ and ‘after’ results were photographed by world-famous photographer Martin Schoeller under the concept and artistic direction of Anna Maria Paleocrassis. Martin is renowned within the industry for his ability to capture people in their ‘true state’, never resorting to digital manipulation. The award-winning experiential campaign included global demos where Martin’s ‘before’ and ‘after’ large-scale images were set up in galleries along with two dermatology chairs. Both female and male volunteers were injected with the filler by plastic surgeons and results would be seen up-close and personal by those attending the events.
